Freya had noticed that the campus had been rather quiet the last few days, and that students were staying in doors. It wasn't like she got the memo of what had happened here so she just took it as like it was a vacation for the school or something. What a better way to come back from a vacation then to have a nice new painting waiting for them.

She had just finished painting the wall white when she looked around for a moment trying to get an idea for what to do. Maybe she could do something tasteful this time, something that would actually stick around for awhile but she wasn't so sure about that, after all she did love the look on Evelyn's when she came across those not so nice paintings. After their last meeting though she thought that maybe it wouldn't be so bad to do something nice so with that in mind she set down the roller and walked over to her crate full of spray paints.

Picking up the mask she wore to prevent herself from breathing in the paint she smelt something different in the air today but she couldn't quiet tell what it was. She shrugged it off and picked up a can of spray paint and began to shake it. Stepping closer to the wall she took off the cap and began to spray soft lines on the wall to sort of etch out what she was going to be doing.

Chaos…everywhere was chaos. When she found out who released these damned creatures on HER campus, she was going to throw that person in the same portal they opened and let them get eaten alive by the creatures on the other side of it. Four students were already dead (that anybody knew of at least…), three humans and one inhuman and there were too many to count in the hospital that were injured or dying. She was surprised to have heard so many of the stronger inhumans on campus had stepped in to protect the humans and weaker inhumans, but it wasn’t enough to keep people safe. She had immediately issued people to stay inside and stay off any first floors or by windows where they could be seen. The bullshit story being fed to all the humans was a pack of rabid dogs that had been living in the forests undetected had come onto campus and they were large and dangerous. Many humans looked skeptical but Evelyn didn’t care, she needed them safely indoors.

Speaking of being safely tucked away indoors…that was where she was supposed to be. Her guards had of course swooped on her when the news broke out and they came to protect her, but she had snarled at them that they had better get the hell away from her and go protect her students and kill the hellhouds quickly. Katarina was not hard to convince, but Nowe and Claire were, but enough barking at them and threatening to skewer them if they didn’t go finally did the trick. No one even knew how many had escaped, but she hoped all would be found quickly and destroyed without loose anyone else. She of course had been sitting around in her office worried. What if there were more students injured or murdered out there that no one noticed? Staff had gotten the students inside, but there were always stragglers. These thoughts drove her mad until she decided to go outside herself and look around. Just one sweep she told herself…just one and shed go back inside.

Two hours later she had seen no students, no bodies and no hellhounds, to her relief. As she was debating whether to go back inside before one of her guards caught her and gave her a lecture she didn’t need, she heard something. She very cautiously rounded a corner….and could have thrown a nail straight at the student she saw standing there. There were “rabid dogs” roaming around and this person was out here painting?! Were they insane?! She grit her teeth and quickly approached them “What are you doing out here!” She snapped furiously and pointed off “You need to get inside this instance! It is dangerous out here!” She put her hands on her hips and glared the person down…until she heard something move behind her. A growl made her close her eyes and let out a rush of breath and she slowly turned to glance behind her at the hellhound that had rounded the corner itself and saw them. She then looked to Freya “Run” She said hushly to her “Just run” Evelyn may have been a Vampire, but she wouldn't be able to out run the creature. But this student could, if Evelyn distracted it...she just wouldn't make it alive.

Freya had not been really paying attention to her surroundings because she was getting lost in her painting. The etching was coming along nicely and she was almost ready to start making the lines more solid and more formed when she heard something screeching at her. Turning her head she noticed the dean coming her way and quickly pulled of her mask to look at the woman. Well shit, here she had thought the woman was gone, seeing as Evelyn had not come home and every time Freya had gone to the office in her kitty form the woman had been no where to be found.

"Nothing." She spoke as she tried to hide the can of spray paint behind her like she was doing absolutely nothing at all. "It is just quiet out here... what is so dangerous about..." Freya's sentences just sort of cut itself off as she smelt something in the air. How odd, it smelt like fire, but not like a candle or anything like that something much darker.

Sniffing at the air she dropped the can from her hand as she stepped forward towards the dean a bit. It wasn't long until the source of the smell came in their direction and she saw the snarling beast coming around the corner that Freya got this 'oh shit' look upon her face.

Of course her first thought was to save herself, but when the dean told her to run, well Freya wasn't about to do that. Stepping in front of the dean, she tried to get the beasts attention. "You go!" She motioned for the dean to run because if anyone needed to stay alive in this it was her. Freya turned around and pushed the woman. "Get out of here! go!" The fae could get away she knew that she could but she needed the vampire to get to a safe place first.

When Freya removed the mask her eyes widened and she stared at her in surprise “You” She growled, glaring her down. Of course it was her…Evelyn was stressed and pissed off and about to have a mental breakdown (at least a Evelyn version of a breakdown) and this little pain in the ass just had to be the only one out here to give her a miserable and difficult time. Well, maybe she’d get eaten and Evelyn wouldn’t have to bother with her anymore and her reckless behavior and tagging of her beautiful school. But Evelyn wasn’t a Dean for no reason…when danger was faced, she thought about other’s before herself, even if it was the one person she hated most of all at the moment. Anyway, Freya didn’t deserve a quick death…that was her afterthought to defend telling Freya to run away.

She expected Freya to disappear and save herself, why would she expect anything different? She had not been expecting the fae to step in front of her protectively and tell her to be the one to run. She stared at her, wondering if she had already been killed and was in some warped twilight zone hell. Why was the woman who had held her over the school threatening to drop her be trying to save her now? She was too surprised to move but she did step back when Freya pushed her, eyeing the woman “It’ll kill you. Do you even know what that is?” She hissed. She didn’t know why she bothered to even warn her, but she did. The creature came closer, growls coming from deep in its gut, moving at them slow and cautious for any sudden movements. Evelyn kept looking from Freya to the hellhound, wondering what she should do. Leave the annoying little brat or take responsibility as Dean?

Was this woman crazy or something? Seriously what was Evelyn thinking just standing there like that. This thing could easily take the woman out, and Evelyn was just standing there asking if it had killed Freya. Seriously? This is what she wanted to ask now of all the things in the world the woman could do, it was to ask what that thing was.

Freya went to push the woman again but she heard that deep growl come from the creatures throat and slowly turned her head and looked over her shoulder. The thing was ugly and it smelt like smoldering fire which really only gave Freya one idea of what it was, it had to be a hell hound, but how the hell it got here well Freya wasn't sure. "It didn't kill me you daft woman, I couldn't push you if I was dead." She spoke low even if she really wanted to yell at the dean.

"It smells like a hell hound, and if that is so you better start fucking running now!" She still wanted toy yell but instead she kept a stern voice in her tone as she slowly turned back around and started to take a step backwards hoping that would get the dean to go, move, do something other then just standing there acting like Freya was some ghost or something.

While Freya was thinking she was crazy Evelyn was looking at her like she was crazy too. It took her a while to even speak because her eyes kept going to the ever approaching hellhound but she finally gave her a look “What? You idiot I didn’t say-“ Anybody else she wouldn’t have bothered, but Freya just pissed her off over any little thing, she naturally always just wanted to argue with her over everything, especially after their last little run in. But she stopped when the bristles on the creature’s body started lifting and shaking, showing it was ready to pounce, but the way it was looking between them it was obviously trying to decide who it wanted more.

She kept staring unsure at Freya but, then sighed and nodded. If the woman wanted to put herself in the path of this thing, well, she was going to let her. She’d be dead and well, it wasn’t exactly the way Evelyn wanted things to go but it still fixed a problem she had. Glancing one more time at the hellhound she turned away and started running. The hellhound quickly looked in her direction and snarled, its teeth bearing and hot saliva falling from its mouth as it decided to make Evelyn its target and started to run after her, trying to go around Freya as it had decided she was no threat to it.

Freya's protective instinct from her cat side wanted to save the woman, and that was all that mattered right now. The last thing this place needed was another dean, because lets face it Freya had grown attached to the woman, so yes as much as she loved to argue with the vampire she knew that now was not the time.

Watching the hell hound, Freya looked for its weak point and thought she found it, but couldn't be sure because it was hard to tell much of anything on that massive beast. The only thing she knew was that anything she planned to do was going to be painful and Freya was ready for that, hell pain was something she welcomed these days.

When Evelyn finally took off running, So did the hound and Freya dropped to the ground, trying to trick the beast into thinking that he was getting an open target. At the last possible second, she brought her hand out and made contact with the beast and the two of them disappeared.

Not knowing what to do with the beast, the fae did the only thing that she could think of and that was to take it to a nice cold place where it could cool down the Arctic ocean.

The fae reappeared in what would have been a matter of seconds, but in that time she had wrestled with the beast and as a result she was anything but unharmed by her act.

As the fae appeared she hit the ground hard and rolled until coming to a stop. Freya was breathing heavily as she looked around to make sure that the beast hadn't come back with her and once she noticed that she was in the clear her head dropped to the ground. She knew she was hurt but she didn't know how bad.

None of her injuries were life threatening, there was some claw marks upon her back, a mark on her face but the only one that Freya knew about was the burn on her hand from grabbing the beasts leg. The impact with the ground didn't help her either, as it ended up rebreaking that part of her shoulder that Evelyn had broke curing their last visit, but at least that hound wouldn't be bothering anyone anytime soon.

Evelyn had not looked back when she ran, people who looked back slowed down and the last thing they ever saw was the face of death before everything went black. No, she ran all the way to the closest building and went inside; slamming the door behind her and standing perfectly still until she was sure the hellhound wasn’t behind her and wouldn’t try to storm in the building. She closed her eyes and looked down to the floor as she waited for her mind to slow down and then she sighed. Well, she had made it safe…she was sure Freya did not. Hellhounds only needed one bite and a person was dead no matter what species they were, and then they were devoured swiftly. Although the woman in her still hated the fae, the Dean in her felt guilt. She realized that if Victor had been in that position he would have tried to save Freya whether he hated her or not and if he couldn’t have saved her he still would have gone back.

She wasn’t Victor but damn it, knowing that the man would have had more integrity bugged her, so she went back.

She cautiously left the building and then slinked back down to where she had seen Freya. As she got closer she smelled blood and her first thought was yes, Freya was dead. But after a few moments she realized she wasn’t smelling the amount of blood she should be…so either the hellhound had devoured Freya whole and all that was left was some blood, or the deviant little fae was somehow still alive. She came around the building and looked around the corner, seeing the hellhound was miraculously gone and Freya injured on the ground. She watched her and cursed Victor in her head before going over to the woman’s body and carefully kneeled down next to her, looking her off. “Where’s the creature?” She asked firmly, her voice void of any emotion “Did it bite you?”

Freya wasn't even attempting to move at that point, mainly due to the searing pain that she felt going through her hand. Okay, so doing that had not been the smartest move that she had ever done, but at least it was off the property now and everyone would be safe, for now at least. Of course Freya didn't know how many had been released the icy chill of the arctic water, so the fires of hell would be cooled down a bit.

After a bit the fae went to try and push herself up, but she couldn't use her hand on one arm cause it was burnt, and trying to use the other with the broken shoulder caused her to grit her teeth. Jeesus that freaking hurt like hell, and while she usually didn't mind pain, that was a little much for even her to bare. Of course she had yet to realize she was also pulling on the claw marks on her back to, because lets face it the most severe pain was the one that caught a person's attention.

As she heard the voice of the dean's firm tone, Freya opened an eye as she sort of curled into a fetal position. "In the arctic ocean." She spoke, though her voice was riddled with pain unlike before when Freya had actually laughed at it. She placed her head against the ground as she tried to just breath through the waves of pain she felt because she knew in a moment she would have to push herself off the ground so that she could tend to the injuries. Lets face it, wasn't like anyone was really going to help her. "No, just burn my hand is all." Freya spoke as she moved her hand into view for the woman to see. It wasn't horribly burnt, but there was at least second degree burns in some places of her hand, mainly her fingers where she had wrapped them around the beasts leg.

Was it wrong for her to feel a little self-satisfied to see Freya in actual pain, bleeding on the floor? Evelyn was going to assume it was extremely wrong, but she still felt it. She answered the most crucial question and Evelyn looked honestly surprised “The arctic ocean?” Well…that was a way to do it. Hellhounds couldn’t stand cold and as far as she knew they could not swim, so the creature was well on its way of slowly dying as it sunk to the bottom of the ocean. With the question answered she should have just walked away, who would know the wiser that she left the fae to die? Not that anyone would find a body most likely except some parts here and there and blood, Freya’s injuries would surely attract another hellhound…it probably had and they would be headed this way soon enough. She crossed her arms as she stayed knelt beside her, looking her over as she debated in her head. Be a good person or a bad person?

She looked at her burnt hand and took it to examine it “That burn is going to spread if it goes untreated. It’s not just a normal burn” She then let go of her hand and sighed harshly, glancing around before looking back to her “The nurse’s station is too packed. I have what I need at my home. It’s protected by wards, the hellhounds won’t be able to get there…if we can make it without them tracking you” Her house was her own personal nurse’s station; she had all sorts of balms, potions and remedies. “I’m not going to carry you, but I’ll help you walk. Do you think you can stand and walk at a brisk pace?” The woman looked a mess but, how else would they get there safely?

Freya flinched as the dean took her hand to examine it, of course it hurt the burn had not taken out the nerves even if Freya would have liked it too. Honestly, Freya was a little surprised that the dean even looked at it, she half expected the woman to just walk away, after all Freya had been anything but nice to the woman at least in cat form. That was something that was something she had not taken into consideration when she grabbed that hound, was healing enough to take that form. "It's not that bad." She wanted to play it off like she could handle it but clearly the fae was in pain.

"Where do you live?" Freya already knew the answer to that question, but really it wasn't like she could just take them there without raising a whole bunch of questions. It was better to just ask and let the other explain it then to cause more confusions then was needed especially with these hounds around. "I can take us there, walking is to dangerous." She added as she gestured with her head towards the arm that she couldn't really move because of the shoulder. At least this way they wouldn't risk lure the hounds to the dean's house.

Once the dean took hold of her hand, Freya took in a breath to clear her mind, and it was strangely easy for her to do holding the woman's hand. She used her ability to, well for lack of a better word, teleport them to the dean's house. "At least that way they couldn't follow the scent." She spoke, and at least now she was standing up, but she felt like she was about to drop.

She snorted “What happened to your marvelous poker face?” She muttered bitterly. She may be helping the damned fae, but didn’t mean she still didn’t hold a grudge or that she wouldn’t have Nowe handle her once all this hellhound business was put to rest. But she had a duty as Dean and she had to uphold it…at least for now. Things were different in a crisis, but once it was over everything was a free for all. “It is bad. You will die from these injuries, the burn alone would engulf and you will suffer. Not like I wouldn’t like to see you suffer, but the hounds would get to you first” And what was the fun in that? When she asked her where she lived she knew why she was asking, but Evelyn really didn’t want to tell her where she resided. Freya was not the type of person she needed in her home.

But she was right about the walking and there was nowhere else they could go to tend to her wounds….She gritted her teeth and growled “Seven miles from the edge of campus between the cottages and the professor apartments. It’s in a clearing in the woods. It’s a medium, white little house. My home has wards however. Maybe with you with me it may accept you, or it may reject you” Of course she had no idea that Freya already had permission to enter her home. With disgruntled look she touched the fae and allowed herself to be teleported with her…she just hoped it didn’t end up into a fiasco like last time.

But low and behold they actually ended up in her house in the living room. She quickly let go of Freya and curtly motioned for her to sit down “Don’t worry about bleeding all over the place. It can be replaced” She went into the kitchen and reached up to open several of her cabinets, taking out small boxes of things and setting them on the counter as she riffled through them looking for what she needed and taking them up, neatly lining them up as she did.

Really? Now the dean wanted to poke fun at her for losing her poker face? Freya almost wanted to take the dean to the oceans and let her deal with the hell hound again but that would take more energy then the fae had left. While she wanted to come back with some snippy remark Freya just didn't have it in her at that moment to be a smart ass. So she just gave a weak laugh and left it at that. Once the burning sensation in her hand went away she could see about giving Evelyn what for.

Once in the house Freya felt a sense of safety again, because at least here the hounds wouldn't be able to get in so the fae could heal some. She gave a nod as the other told her to have a seat and just held her hand to her chest as she sat down. It was then that Freya felt the stinging pain upon her back and bent forward placing her head against her needs to muffled the sounds of pain. Jesus Christ that hurt about as much as the burn on her hand did, it was enough to make the fae want to cry but she tried to keep it together.

"At least she made it unharmed. the fae mumbled to herself as she shivered from the pain. All she wanted to do right now was curl but into a ball and sleep but she knew that it would be possible at least for now. The wounds needed tending to and that was the worst part of all of this because Freya couldn't do it herself. Well at least Evelyn would get some satisfaction for seeing Freya squirm about this time.

When Freya didn’t come back with a sarcastic remark Evelyn was amazed. Wasn’t this the woman that no matter what Evelyn did or threatened her with she always had something to say? And now she was a mute, apparently even this annoying little fae had her breaking points. She watched her face closely when she offered a weak laugh and wondered again why she was helping her again. Oh right, because she was Dean and had a civil duty and Victor would have been ashamed of her if she had left Freya to the mercy of the hellhounds. Sometimes being a Dean just wasn’t fun…well actually it was never fun. Ever.

Once home and she found everything she needed she went over to where Freya sat and sat beside her stiffly “Take off your shirt. Clothing will just further irritate the wounds” She told her as she set the items she had brought on the floor carefully so she could access them without them being all over the couch in a messy pile. Order. Even in a crisis Evelyn was all about order. “Will deal with your hand first, then the other wounds”

This was great, just great, the only shirt that Freya owned was not going in the trash because she had to play the hero. What was she thinking anyways? She should have just let the hound go after the dean and vanished like she was good at, but noooo, protective feline instinct had to kick in and now loo where it got her. She could gripe to herself later, because it would do no good to do so now.

When she heard the dean's footsteps coming back into the room, it took just about everything Freya had to sit herself back up without falling back against the couch again. Then she was told to take off her shirt, and while normally that would have caused a rather witty remark to leave her lips the only thing the fae could do was look to the broken shoulder then to the burnt hand. For the love of god, she couldn't catch a break today could she?

That of course didn't stop Freya from at least trying to take it off herself but she didn't even manage to get close before searing pain told her to stop. "Just cut it off." She gritted between her teeth. If she wasn't in so much pain from the burn she probably would have gotten up and slammed her shoulder against a door frame to set it, but even the idea of doing that now made the fae want to pass out. So cutting the shirt was the only option, seeing as her right shoulder wasn't going anywhere and her left hand couldn't touch well anything being burned and all.

As she fiddled with some of the first aid things she had she glanced to Freya and noticed her struggling to remove her shirt and upon closer inspection in watching her she realized the shoulder Evelyn had broken was still broken. Obviously the woman had looked fine before, so she could only assume it hadn’t been fully healed and had shattered again because of the hellhound. She put down the roll of gauze she was unwrapping and just leaned towards Freya, grabbed the side seam and ripped it open, and then she got up and moved to her other side and did the same. Scissors were overrated. She took the tattered pieces of the shirt and tossed them on her coffee table “There” She said simply before going back to what she had been doing.

“Give me your hand” She took the burnt hand first and used a wet cloth to wipe it as she examined it more closely then put the cloth down and grabbed a small glass cylinder filled with a yellowish balm and started to carefully put a thick layer on her hand and even down to her wrist where the burn hadn’t spread yet “It’ll sting for a while but it will control the burn and help heal it” She explained then got some gauze to wrap her hand up in a protective layer. All her movements were gentle, surprisingly enough.

Freya would usually admit that she liked getting pampered but that was only in her feline form. Being in her human form she preferred to take care of herself, so having to admit that she needed help with her shirt was a small dent in her pride that she would never admit to.

While the fae expected the vampire to cut the shirt off, so the sudden jerks from the shirt getting ripped apart cause Freya to bite down on her lip and make a sound that indicated some pain but hey at least the shirt was off. "You're welcome by the way." Freya spoke as she moved her burnt hand so the vampire could tend to it.

Her body jerked as the vampire wiped the burn with a cool cloth. The cold had felt somewhat nice against the heated burn, but that was quickly followed by the sting of the ointment causing the fae to grit her teeth again. Got she wanted to just black out right there but part of her didn't trust the other enough, at least not in this form. "Thank you." She almost trembled out because of the pain she felt but the balm was starting to sooth the pain in her hand, at least for now.

Her eyes snapped from the woman’s hand to her face at her comment and it was not a good look “Oh? Am I to expect you saved my life for my own benefit and not some secret agenda of yours?” She said coldly, looking back down to her hand as she tended to it, not once losing the gentle motions. “Excuse me if I am not quick to trust any of your motives” Freya made have risked her life for her, but after their last encounter she was not one to automatically assume Freya had done it out of the goodness of her heart, hell no. She felt Freya had saved her for some reason; keep her alive for some plan later on. She would not say thank you to a woman who had threatened her before. When she finished with her hand she let it go “You should thank me for not leaving you out there after all your little threats from our last encounter”

“Turn around so I can get to your back” Her voice was getting more curt but she was still sitting there like a good little Dean helping her out. She put the lid back on the balm then got up to get a fresh towel to clean her back wounds, running under ice cold water then rinsing it so it wasn’t soaking wet before returning to the coach. She still wasn’t sure what to do with the broken collarbone, all the nurses were busy enough as it was and she couldn’t risk having one come over. She supposed the fae would just have to deal with it for now until she could come up with the best solution for the time being.

Freya wanted to growl but she knew that it would come across as way to feline and that would just raise more questions. So she settled for a glare in the other's direction instead. It wasn't even that she was expecting a thank you for saving the other's life, but getting that beast off the grounds was something that, judging by the dean's tone, was not something anyone else had managed to do. "I was talking about getting the hell hound off school property, but if you'd like I could go and get it back." She snapped back, but the pain in her voice covered up the distaste she felt at the moment.

"Do you really think that I would have stayed there long? I did after all get us here didn't I?" She didn't know why but she just felt this need to prove herself to the dean now, after all Freya could have done anything with that hound, like ohh sticking it in the dean's office maybe? No, she had done the right thing and look where that got her a whole lot of no where.

Truth was, Freya wouldn't have known where to go had the other not offered to take care of her cause she sure as hell couldn't take care of herself right now at least not till that shoulder was set back in place.

Literally biting on her tongue before she said anything further the fae adjusted herself on the couch so that Evelyn could get to the marks on her back. At least Freya had sucked up her pride enough to thank the dean for helping to take care of her. This was exactly why Freya bugged the woman so much, the dean really needed to get that stick out of her ass. None the less now was not the time to be doing that until the wounds were at least tended to anyways.

She sighed and made a face but she quickly wiped it off her face “Fine. Thank you for getting rid of the hellhound” She said stiffly, just saying it so she wouldn’t gripe about it anymore. Yes, Evelyn was thankful that she got rid of at least one of those damned creatures, just getting rid of one could save many lives…but Evelyn just didn’t like Freya enough to be as grateful as she should have been. When she threatened to go get it again she leaned back and glared at her “I would not be saying such things when you’re wounded. Watch yourself.” Really? She was going to threaten that when Evelyn could injure her further at this moment and just let her bleed to death without batting an eye. See, she shouldn’t have bothered with a thank you.

She shook her head “I don’t care honestly if you would have stayed there or not. You wouldn’t have gotten far with these injuries and who would have helped you?” As she asked the question she was doing her own investigation to see if Freya would slip any information that Evelyn had wanted Nowe to find out. Part of her just wanted to stop helping the fae and tell her if she felt so sure of herself she could take care of her damned self, but she grit her teeth and continued on assisting her even though she was truly forcing herself at this point. She checked the wound first then cleaned it up with the wet towel, still being careful, and then grabbed a different bottle with liquid in it. She poured some on a smaller towel then started wiping at the wound “What were you even doing outside? Was tagging the school really that important?”

Freya was not sure of how she would have gotten help to be honest, she'd probably would have just shifted into her cat form and done well something. It wasn't like she could get very far in that form with her injuries but she would have thought of something. Those words were just a reminder of just how alone the fae was and it was something that cut her deeply. "No one." She spoke softly with a deep sense of sadness in her voice. The only form where any body cared about her was her feline form and not that she could blame anyone really but such was the life of a fae.

The fae took in a hissing breath as the wounds on her back were cleaned with something. It caused her to straighten up more as she closed her eyes tightly. For the love of all things holy that hurt like hell. "I was trying to do something nice, I thought the school was on vacation." she spoke through gritted teeth but it was the truth. She was working on a mural for the school that was actually tasteful but that had all been interrupted when Evelyn came over and then when the hell hound showed up.

"I didn't know the hell hounds were there." She spoke as she let out a breath and shivered a bit. Had she found Evelyn in her feline form them maybe she would have known, but Freya had always seemed to miss her so she just assumed the woman was busy with something school related, not something as big as hell hounds.

"Are you dont yet?" the fae asked in a painful tone because it really hurt and she wanted to put her shoulder back in place because that was hopefully the last thing that needed to be done and then maybe she could leave and find some place to heal up.

The way she said no one made her pause and watch her for a few moments. Was that one of her little lies or not? Of course she had to wonder but the way she said it made Evelyn think she was most likely telling the truth. She could have made a snide comment but she didn’t and just dropped her gaze and went back to work. She just needed to get her bandaged up and then…she didn’t know quite yet. She’d want to kick Freya out but she had the woman in her house and knew the better option would be to have Nowe come here and deal with Freya when the hellhounds were handled with…if they were handled quickly of course.

“Something nice? Tagging the school is doing something nice? Please do not feed me bullshit I’m not in the mood” She growled softly. “It is fall semester, there are no breaks. I would think someone such as you would have her nose in all business of the school” Freya had seemed to know much about Evelyn, so she didn’t expect anything less from the woman to know everything that happened at the school. She finished cleaning the wound with the liquid then closed it and put it on the floor before grabbing something else “No” She said simply “Hellhound wounds are no normal injury.” She took another type bottle, this like a lotion, and poured some of her hands before spreading it over Freya’s back “If not treated correctly they will burn away your skin and once that happens nothing will save you”

Freya was glad that Evelyn did not try and make the fae feel worse about having no one to turn to. It was bad enough having to admit it, the last thing she needed was someone poking fun at her for it. After all it wasn't like the fae could out right say that either way the vampire would be the one to look out for her, but there was no way with these injuries she could shift, way to noticeable at this point.

"Ya, believe it or not I can be nice." She spoke back, her tone not harsh but she was still in pain. Sure, Freya had not made the best of impressions in the past but that didn't mean that she was all bad. The only reason she was a thorn in the woman's side to begin with was because she knew that Evelyn needed a release and well Freya didn't see why she couldn't be two of the things that Evelyn seemed to need.

"And I don't know how the school thing works so no I don't know all of the schools business." She added, and that was the truth, the only thing about that school that she knew about was really just the dean, everything else was, well a mystery to the feline seeing as she had never gotten a formal education of her own. Besides she wouldn't fit in as a student at that place anyways.

"Do you have anything that I can make into a sling?" Freya decided to change the subject, because she didn't want to stay on the subject of her loneliness or the fact that she was not educated enough to be in school. Really she wanted to just get up and walk away right now, which seeing her injuries and the fact that going out there would just surely getting her mauled, that was saying a lot. Truth was she felt rather vulnerable right now, and that was a first for her.

She chuckled dryly “I don’t believe it” Why should she? The fae was deviant and not to be trusted, she had shown that enough. She was a threat to Evelyn and her school and she wasn’t going to believe for one second she was really this lonely little soul who was actually kind hearted. What next? She was going to tell her she fed the poor on the weekends and built villages in Africa? No, she wouldn’t believe a word Freya said, she had not been given any reason too trust her words or her motives. If she was somehow nice well then obviously she must have hated Evelyn, because she had not been given any kindness, which just confirmed the fact she thought Freya had some plan against her.

“If you’re going to bother to be a nuisance here then at least learn what is going on” She finished spreading the lotion against her back then capped it and put it down. “Put your arms up slightly so I can wrap the gauze around you” She instructed, grabbing a wider roll of it off the floor and scooted closer to Freya, laying one end against the top of her back then slowly wrapped it under her arms and around her front then to her back and continued it to cover her the entire wound on her back She nodded at her question “I am sure I do somewhere. Will probably have to set the bone though before you sling it” She finished wrapping her back and used some gauze tape to hold it then moved back “There. Should be fine now”

Freya felt really hurt by Evelyn's chuckle and the words that followed, but at the same time she could understand why the dean wouldn't believe her. If only she could tell her the truth then maybe the dean would know the truth. Tears swelled up in Freya's eyes, be it from pain or sadness, no one really know except for the fae and the fae would deny that it was sadness.

Instead of snapping back, Freya just tried to hide all fact that she was actually crying. she tilted her head in a way that her hair would cover her face up and catch any tears that fell from her face. In order to hide the fact that she was crying she didn't even respond to the next statement that was given to her and just simply nodded as she was told to bring up her arms.

That was no easy task, because she had to use her burnt hand to help lift the other arm so that she could be wrapped up. It was anything but a painless act that was for sure.

A nod was given to the fact that the bone would have to be set, that was fine she could do that, as it wouldn't be the first time she set one of her own bones back in place. "Thanks." Freya tried to speak low enough to hide the fact that she had been crying and stood up.

She was a little weak on her legs at first, because of an over all surge of pain that ran through her. She then walked over to one of the door frames. Her eyes ran up and down it for a moment and then to her shoulder. She took a deep breath and then without much warning she slammed her shoulder into the frame and the instant the pop was heard, Freya dropped to her knees and placed her head against the floor as she breathed heavily holding back a scream... but hey, shoulder bone was back in place.
